Bass Pro Shops

The store and staff are amazing but buyers be warned, check and make sure if you are buying soft fishing baits that they haven’t had bait stolen from the packaging. Have mad multiple times that my packs of 5 are one short.

I will never shop at this place again ever. The lady surprisingly allowed me to make a refund but her attitude was majorly salty which made my shopping experience horrible. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed and looked down on me for simply returning the wrong ammo I purchased for a Byrna self defense non lethal gun. Her snarky comment was next time don't open the package but this one time I'll let you have it; even though I explained I never opened the package. She handed me a receipt and couldn't look me in my eyes in total disgust like I stole money from her own pocket

Bass Pro Shops… 🇺🇸 🌲🎣🦌 Walk in and you feel it right away — this place doesn’t rush you. It’s calm, grounded, almost like stepping into a piece of the outdoors. Boats, rods, gear everywhere 🚤🎣, but nothing feels random — everything has purpose, like it’s meant to be used, not just displayed 🏕️ 🪶🌄👢 You slow down without thinking. The noise fades, the pace changes, and for a moment it’s just you and that quiet, steady atmosphere. Bass Pro Shops isn’t trying to impress… it just reminds you how simple and real things can be 🇺🇸✨

Always a great experience at Bass Pro Shops! I went with my kids, and they had such a fun time exploring the store. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful. I also inquired about some fishing boats, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Every time I visit, it’s a good experience

Over the weekend I had great service at the gun counter. I left a great review for the gentlemen that helped me and made sure I had everything I needed. I returned during the week to pick up my purchase and was basically ignored for 20 minutes. I went on my break expecting to be in and out since I was only picking up something I already purchased. In my opinion it was a crap show. I guess the employee in plain clothes waiting for approval was more important. They could multi task, I saw it done on a busy weekend. Took 40 minutes to get out of there.
